About Us

Expert Packaging is a 100% Australian owned business that specialises in Industrial Packaging.

We manufacture and supply Timber Cases and Crates, Timber Pallets and Skids, Animal Pens, Timber, Panel products such as Plywood, MDF and Particleboard, Cardboard Boxes, Packaging Supplies (including tapes, strapping, bubblewrap etc), Anti-corrosion foil bags and films. We also provide a Specialised Packing Service which includes shrink-wrapping and an on-site/off-site machinery and container packaging service.

Products

 

Timber Cases / Crates

Pine Case

A fully enclosed case offers clients many options:
  • Additional security
  • The ability to pack multiple various sized goods into one unit
  • The option of using waterproof lining, foam cushioning, plastic lining, moisture absorbent materials etc.

    • Pine Crate

    Crates are typically used as a cheaper more light weight alternative to cases. They are most commonly used when they are housing products that are robust and that do not need fully enclosed panels. Being more light weight they can be more advantageous to use when consignments need to be shipped via airfreight.

    Plywood/Chipboard Case

    These are used when the client needs a combination of the previous two options. They are most commonly used for air freight as they are a light weight option and are fully enclosed.
    All the above options can be designed to hold weights from anything as low as 5kg up to 30,000 kg.

    Each case or crate can be delivered to your site in various states:

  • Kit or Knock Down Form for compact storage
  • Lid and Side Loading - where the lid and one side panel are easily removed for forklift loading of product.
  • Lid Loading - where the lid of the crate is easily removed for packing into shallow cases or units loaded using a crane.


    • There are many other options available, including re-usable cases which can be determined through discussions with our design team.
